Jimmy’s burger obsession began during his first visits to the US (East and West Coast) where his main diet consisted of cheeseburgers and root beer.
In 2017, he decided to quit his online business and chase the dream of becoming a chef and finding a way to express his love and passion for damn fine American burgers.
Browski uses a traditional method of pressing a chuck steak patty on to a smoking hot buttered grill which creates a crust and locks in the juices for the perfect texture and flavour (same process as cooking a steak).
All ingedients are carefully selected from suppliers that practice ethical and sustainable methods for maximum quality and minimum impact on our environment.
Meat is supplied by the Bearded Butcher of London and comes from high welfare animals that are free range, grass-fed and sustainably raised in the UK. We believe this is the way forward and find our products not only taste better but are also healthier.
